Boat speed polar — starboard (right) vs. port (left)

Classic polar-diagram layout: wind from the top (0°), angle sweeps out to either side, distance from center is boat speed through water. Starboard tack is drawn on the right half, port tack on the left — unmirrored, so a real left/right performance difference is visible as an asymmetric shape rather than hidden by folding both tacks onto one side.

Hide likely-motoring points (TWA < 30°, STW > 2kn — only catches motoring pointed near head-to-wind)
